Anu has been in media business over 15 years. She started as an account manager at AGE Media in 1995. Together with a small team she founded and built up VIA Media (now Mindshare), which became a strong and trustworthy independent company. Anu has been a CEO of the company since then. She enjoys working together with her team, seeing constant improvements, passion and new ideas that the team members offer.

Triin has been working in digital media business since 2000. She joined VIA Media (now Mindshare) in 2007 as a strategist, she also participates in the business development. Triin is a very positively minded person, who always sees the bright side in everything. Through that she gives good and professional support and inspiration for the whole team.

Piret has been in media business since 1996. She started as a print media specialist, then moved on to be an account manager servicing local as well as international clients. For the last ten years Piret has been working in VIA Media (now Mindshare), with one of our biggest client both as a media planner as well as an account manager. This has been a great opportunity to get experienced in a wide range of media, both in the traditional and out-of-the-box type of solutions. Piret is very precise, she gives polish to all her work wanting it to be perfect. "What I love the most? I love to help other people, even if they are complete strangers. If somebody needs help I will do everything what’s in my power to help this person, because I love when people are happy and I feel that I`m happy too when I can help someone. One of my best friends reminded me once that when we were little and we slept in a tent at night it was so chilly and I gave her one of my socks and told her “Then we are even, you are half cold and I’m half cold”. That’s me! I also love to spend time with children because they will give me good energy and all they do for you is coming from the bottom of their hearts and it’s so beautiful. If they hug you or kiss you or tell you something beautiful then they really mean it and I love this. My passion is also dancing, if I had two lives I would most probably be a professional dancer in my other life. In this life I just take dance lessons."
Merike has been in advertising business for over 17 years. She was working in marketing and in a creative agency for 12 years until 2006. Then she came to media business and joined VIA Media (now Mindshare) team. Merike has a special skill in incorporating the client into discussions and brainstorming which empowers the result. It makes the feeling of belonging to the same family very strong.

"Travelling is my passion – it allows me to experience a variety of different places and cultures; but it doesn’t even have to be another country, because Estonia offers so many beautiful countryside places, that fill me up with energy. Another of my hobbies that I’m fond of is music – it has a power to blend in with my mood. I enjoy also going to live concerts, because the vibe live music has, can’t be compared to anything. Monika has been working in media business for 5 years. In Mindshare, she is responsible for media market research and overviews as well as Mindshare`s online survey tool Mindscan. Ervin has been in marketing business for 16 years and joined Mindshare family in 2010. Currently, he is responsible for digital part of media mix which comprise strategy, planning and analysis. "I really like to read a lot, even with all the busy lifestyle. Listening to music is one of my most favorite hobbies, I constantly try to find new bands and music available. The internet offers almost limitless possibilities to get the information about everything I like, either it is about music, travelling, movies or new trends in digital media. 19 years ago I formed a social club with my friends to honor a noble drink, oldest alcoholic beverage in the world - beer. I have been active in this club since then, being a member of the board of this club. I have to have sea nearby since I'm from Hiiumaa where sea is always near and I can walk on beautiful sandy beaches just by myself. "
Tauri is specialized mostly in Display advertising and SEM. While ambitiously working in media field, Tauri is also pursuing his BA in public administration. Although young and new to media business, he is very cooperative and offers “youthful thinking” and fresh ideas for the campaigns.

Kärt has been working in media business for 12 years. In 2006 she started as an Project Manager in OOH at VIA Media. 2010 she also started working on BTL solutions for clients. She is the one for whom the day is never too rainy to grab the camera and take pictures of sites or interesting things for the client in order to improve the campaign with the additional "something".

Maie-Liisa has been working in media business for 4 years. In 2009 she completed her studies in the University of Salamanca, Spain. Then she re-joined Mindshare.
