One of the leading global media networks Mindshare is reinforcing its position in the Eastern Europe by signing the cooperation agreement with media agencies network VIA Media. In autumn 2009, VIA Media becomes the affiliate of Mindshare in the Baltic States market.

VIA Media was founded in 1997 and until September 2009 was representing the media group Initiative in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The main agency services are development of communication strategies, planning of communication channels and market research. The cooperation agreement between Mindshare and VIA Media comes into force on the 1st of October 2009.
